Meetup: AI and Resilient Applications

An evening focused on the following topics:

• Beyond Code: Crafting Dependable Software Systems, by David Soff. Within this talk, we will learn from real-life failures and have a look at how we can build systems that survive the real world, avoid downtime, implement zero-downtime upgrades and continuous delivery, and make cloud-native applications resilient.

• The current state of applying generative AI, by Ismail Bahar. A brief talk about how Artificial Intelligence's usage has evolved over the years and what you, as a human being, should know to stay up-to-date. Showcases of setting up and using models, such as StableDiffusion, will be included, but we will not be limited to it.
